Michael Roswell joined the Weitz group as a postdoc in the fall of 2023. Previously, Michael was a postdoctoral researcher in Entomology at the University of Maryland with Anahí Espíndola. Michael completed my Ph.D. with Rachael Winfree at Rutgers University in 2020, and received a B.A. from Swarthmore College in 2011.

Michael works on the ecology and conservation of wild bees and plant-pollinator interactions, robust methods for biodiversity estimation, and quantitative tools in ecology and infectious diseases.
